Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging Alma Studio services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you don't agree with any part, please don't engage our services.

2. Services offered

Alma Studio offers software development, AI agents, process automation, digital marketing, graphic design, branding and tech consulting. The specific scope of each project is detailed in the corresponding commercial proposal.

3. Intellectual property

Once the project is completed and the total agreed amount is paid, the client receives usage rights over the software, design or content developed. Alma Studio reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio, except under express confidentiality agreement.

Reusable code components, frameworks and third-party libraries used during development retain their respective original licenses.

4. Payments and invoicing

Payments follow the schedule defined in the commercial proposal. We generally require a 50% deposit to start the project and 50% on delivery. Invoices are issued in Argentine pesos (ARS) or US dollars (USD) as agreed.

5. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are set in each commercial proposal and may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. Delays caused by missing feedback or information from the client are not Alma Studio's responsibility.

6. Warranty and support

We offer a 30-day warranty period after delivery to fix bugs or defects at no additional cost. Post-launch technical support is offered under monthly maintenance plans, unless specifically agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Alma Studio commits to keeping all commercial, technical and strategic information provided by the client confidential, during and after the engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

Alma Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages derived from the use of the services or delivered products. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
